Bloomington Lake Clinic is pleased to report that we are operational from the Xerxes Avenue clinic and our physicians are seeing all patients from this location. We have experienced a fire at our Lake Street Office. Please direct all inquiries to our Southtown location in Bloomington at 952-888-2024 Wouldn't it make sense for the Bloomington Lake Clinic to expand to Bloomington? As our patient population moved south, and healthcare facilities too, so did we. Now we offer full service at our Southtown office, located at 80th Street and Xerxes Ave So. (Southtown is the shopping area south of Penn Ave. and I-494.) Our clinic entrance is on the west side of the building, with parking available in front. |
