Bloomington Lake Clinic is pleased to report that we are operational from the Xerxes Avenue clinic and our physicians are seeing all patients from this location. We have experienced a fire at our Lake Street Office. Please direct all inquiries to our Southtown location in Bloomington at 952-888-2024 Bloomington Lake Clinic obviously derived its name from this, its first location. We are proud to be a healthcare provider with roots in the central city, and we are committed to serving our patients there. Many changes have occurred in our primary service area, and we have changed as well. What has not changed is the NEED for good healthcare. Now more than ever we are here to meet that need. |
